Indian Trail Town Center – Indian Trail Town Center is a planned pedestrian- friendly development that includes a diverse range of in-town residential housing types to accommodate a population of varied ages, races and socioeconomic backgrounds. A variety of pocket parks, plazas and open spaces will frame the residential areas of this vibrant city center that features tradition with a twist.
This planned development is intended to create a pedestrian-friendly downtown area that promotes small town character through architecture, interconnected streetscapes and a thoughtful “Classic Carolina Downtown” redevelopment that allows for incremental growth. Defined by bricked, parapet-formed retail, commercial, and office spaces that energize and promote the downtown district, plans also include a diverse range of in town residential housing types to accommodate a population of varied ages, races and socioeconomic backgrounds. A variety of pocket parks, plazas and open spaces with framed views complete the planned vision for this large-scale project. Indian Trail Town Center is being developed in partnership under Indian Trail Town Center LLC.
