Indigo Live – Conveniently located on the Sugar Creek light rail line in NoDa. Indigo CLT is a mixed-use adaptive re-use development in the arts district of Charlotte, NC. This redevelopment and renovation project is designed to preserve the original and unique architectural features of the existing building while accommodating a brewery, coffee shop, bodega, fitness center, creative office, multiple office spaces and an adjacent boutique multifamily structure. Indigo Live is being developed in partnership under Indigo CLT LLC.
