Indian Trail Town Center – Downtown Indian Trail is a planned development intended to create a pedestrian-friendly downtown area that promotes small town character through architecture, interconnected streetscapes and a thoughtful “Classic Carolina Downtown” redevelopment that allows for incremental growth. Defined by bricked, parapet-formed retail, commercial, and office spaces that energize and promote the downtown district, plans also include a diverse range of in-town residential housing types to accommodate a population of varied ages, races and socioeconomic backgrounds. A variety of pocket parks, plazas and open spaces with framed views complete the planned vision for this large scale project. Indian Trail Town Center is being developed in partnership under Indian Trail Town Center LLC.
